You can check on their sites, or fire them an email. I am pretty sure that even if matches / leagues are not listed, they will make you a book anyway. After all, it IS Vegas :)
BTW I was staying at The Flamingo, which is right next to Imperial palace. They looked at me like I was crazy, but gave me a free ticket to their Car Museum. Which was cool.

I had the same (lack of) luck when I tried to find a place to bet the EPL last Halloween. The concierge at Caesar's even called all over town trying to find a place for me (and I wasn't even a guest there) - no luck, although there is a pub in Vegas that shows the matches (the Crown & Anchor, maybe?).

Short answer: The Palms. Possibly Imperial Palace. There are others that I don't remember.
