This place is also high on my list. Too bad there's not many sophisticated enough to appreciate the essence of fine vodkas.

There is a very nice russian restaurant in kensington called Wodka, about 30 different kinds of Vodka flavours as well as great food. Can't remember the street right now, should be easily found on any restaurant search site though.
Reagrding your other question, the moat house chain is comparible to a Holiday Inn express/Howard Johnson here in the US. I doubt their loyalty programm,if they have one, would be of any value to you.
