promotions at Alaska Air
So this really doesn't have a whole lot to do with you guys... but I happen to think it was a very positive move to put all the call center ops as well as the the customer relationship initiatives under one VP. That it happens to be this particular VP is a bonus, because he's been very proactive in improving the technology both in the call centers and with the web development.
^^ YAY! ^^
Once, when I was on a panel with him, he described Alaska's Web specials as the airline's "brown bananas."
